Overview And Experience
Martha Neese maintains active licenses both as a lawyer and a nurse. Her dual-career background brings unique knowledge and experience to her work. She has tried numerous cases in different states during her 28 year career and served as a board member for the Minnesota Trial Certification Council which regulates certified trial specialists for the state of Minnesota. She has been a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum since 1996.
Ms. Neese served as the former chairperson for the American Association for Justice, Federal Tort Liability and Military Advocacy Section. She has a subspecialty in federal tort litigation and has represented Veterans and military dependents throughout her career. In addition, she has co-authored many articles and has lectured in her specialty areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Ms. Neese brings a nurses touch and compassion to her legal work connecting with her clients. She strives to provide the highest level of client service with a nurturing approach. Her legal expertise combined with her warmth helps the injured client throughout the difficult and frightening legal process.
Ms. Neese, an Ahwatukee resident has served as the immediate past co-chair of the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’s Committee and serves on the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Ahwatukee Children’s Theatre Board. She was the 2011 winner of the Spirit of Ahwatukee Award given by the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce for her volunteer work with the community. She is also an ambassador for the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.
