EX-BOYFRIEND’S TEXT MESSAGE LED TO I-10 CRASH
35 year old Ricardo Castro has been charged with seven counts of aggravated assault and two counts of felony endangerment for a November 21, I-10 crash in which he slammed into an SUV carrying 6 passengers. Five of the passengers, all children were ejected and sent to the hospital. An argument with his wife over a text message from an ex-boyfriend provoked Castro’s erratic driving.
