Drivers have an obligation to control their vehicles and to avoid collisions with pedestrians and buildings. The driver will likely be liable to the injured people for their medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages. Arizona law allows personal injury victims up to two years following their injuries to file their personal injury claims.
