Police Search for Suspects in Phoenix Shooting

Friday evening, the Phoenix Police Department responded to a report of gunshots at a home near 75th Avenue and Camelback Road. When police arrived, they found a forty-four-year-old (44) man shot to death inside the home. According to police spokesman Sergeant Steve Martos, the victims, two (2) men and a woman, whose names have not yet been released, were waiting for a friend to arrive when the forty-four-year-old (44) man answered a knock at the door allowing two (2) unidentified men to enter the home.  The forty-four-year-old (44) man was shot, a fifty-two-year-old (52) man escaped through a window receiving minor injuries and was later found just north of the home, and the female victim was confronted by the suspects inside the home but was left unharmed.  Sergeant Martos said, “The suspects fled the residence and were seen getting into a BMW which fled the area.”  Sergeant Martos further said, “Motive for this crime has not been determined.” Phoenix Police would like anyone with information about the crime to contact them.
