Four Injured in Car Accident in Mesa

Four (4) people, two (2) children and two (2) adults, were injured in a four (4) vehicle collision in Mesa on Baseline and Dobson roads on Friday. The accident occurred after a Mitsubishi Outlander, carrying a nine-year-old (9) boy, a seven-year-old (7) girl, and a twenty-five-year-old (25) woman, ran a red light and T-boned a Chevrolet Trailblazer carrying one (1) adult female. The accident caused the Outlander to flip on its side. The passengers in the Outlander were transported to Maricopa Medical Center for treatment. According to police, one (1) of the children was bleeding from the head. The driver of the Trailblazer was taken to Banner Desert Medical Center. No other injuries were reported.
